COVID-19: Statement from Argus
The safety of our guests and our team members is paramount during this unprecedented global COVID-19 pandemic.
Argus Accommodation is committed to providing our guests travelling with new or existing bookings, including those which are non-refundable, increased flexibility to alter or delay travel arrangements by adjusting our booking policies to reflect the current global travel environment.
As a result of increasing government restrictions, Argus may be forced to reduce the availability of services in order to best protect the safety of our guests and staff.
As an independent hotel company we endeavour to provide as much flexibility for our guests travel arrangements as possible and have made the following alterations to our cancellation policies:
- All Existing Reservations made directly with Argus or through The Argus online booking engine on or before 19th March 2020, including non-refundable reservations, scheduled for arrival before June 30, 2020 can be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival.
- All reservations affected by any government or company issued travel restrictions, will continue to have all charges waived. All prepaid or non-refundable reservations falling into this category will continue to be refunded.
- Any guests who have made reservations through travel agents, online booking platforms and their affiliates are advised to contact the travel agent or booking platform directly.
